This is the Clementi Bus Interchange. It is located along Commonwealth Avenue West near the junction with Clementi Avenue 3 and near the Clementi town centre. The interchange is temporarily sited here (since late 2006) until 2011 when it will move back to its original location across Avenue 3 where it will be nearer to the Clementi MRT Station (EW23).

The interchange caters to the town of Clementi and other nearby residential estates in West Coast Road and Sunset Way. Industrial areas nearby include Pandan Loop and Pandan Crescent. The interchange also serve students of institutions like the National University of Singapore (NUS).
