This area shows the HDB estate of Potong Pasir (Potong Pasir Avenue 1 and Avenue 3) as well as private residential estate of Woodleigh Close/Park. A major trunk road, Upper Serangoon Road, run north-south on the right side of the map. At the top-right corner is the junction of Upper Serangoon Road with the beginning of Aljunied Road.

The former Bidadari Cemetary is located to the right of Upper Serangoon Road. The former graves here were exhumed and the plot of land is expected to be developed for residential purposes in the future. The Woodleigh MRT Station (NE11 of the North-East Line) is currently non-operational (trains do not stop here) and only expected to be opened when the surrounding area is more built up.

Saint (St.) Andrew's Secondary School and St. Andrew's Junior College (SAJC) is located at the bottom-right corner of the map. The canal next to these educational institutes flows south to the Kallang River and has the Lower Pierce Reservoir as its upstream source.
