The Ministry of Education (MOE) Headquarters is located along North Buona Vista Road, near the junction with North Buona Vista Drive, at 1 North Buona Vista Drive, Singapore 138675.

A technology entrepreneur park for start-up companies, Phase Z.Ro, can be found just north of the MOE HQ. Phase Z.Ro is managed by the Jurong Town Corporation (JTC).

The biomedical research and development (R&D) hub, Biopolis, is situated around the lower part of the map and served by the roads Biopolis Way, Biopolis Road, Biopolis Street and North Buona Vista Drive. The Biopolis is part of the bigger One-North high technology zone being developed by the JTC in the Buona Vista area.
