This map shows the Dover Road area, a mix of residential estate and educational institutes campuses. The housing area, centred around Dover Crescent, is located in the area bounded by Dover Avenue, Dover Road, Dover Rise and Commonwealth Avenue West. Decades-old HDB flats and newer ones, as well as private condominiums can be found here.
The upper-left quadrant is the campus grounds of the Singapore Polytechnic, a tertiary institute with an industrial and technical orientation. Other schools can be found in the lower-left quadrant of the map. The Dover Court Preparatory School is a private school for international students with an educational syllabus corresponding to the local primary school (typical ages up to early teens). The United World College of South-East Asia (UWCSEA)'s campus is located here as well.
