This map shows the mainly residential district of Clementi / West Coast Drive located on east and west respectively of the Ayer Rajah Expressway (AYE).

The West Coast side comprises landed terrace houses, apartments and condominiums. Roads here include West Coast Way, West Coast Drive, West Coast Avenue/Terrace/Place/Green and West Coast Grove. A small cluster of HDB shops/housing and a market/food centre is located near the bottom edge of the map at the start of West Coast Drive. Near the top-left corner Hong Leong Garden Shopping Centre, an old shopping complex, which is located adjacent to Hong Leong Garden Condominium.

The Clementi area (to the right side of the AYE) includes the town centre where the bus interchange and MRT Station (EW23) is located. HDB residential apartment blocks are located along Clementi Avenue 3. The Clementi Town Secondary School (temporary located at Queensway till Dec 2008) is situated at 10 Clementi Avenue 3, Singapore 129904.
