Map of Yishun HDB town, Orchid Country Golf Club, Yishun Avenue 2 and Yishun Ring Road in Singapore
This area mainly shows Yishun (Nee Soon) town which is a mainly HDB and housing estate found on the left side of the map. The right side of the map are largely undeveloped land. The body of water on the right side is separated by a dam, over which Yishun Avenue 1 runs, into Lower Seletar Reservoir to the south and the Johor Straits to the north.
In the bottom of the map, bounded by Yishun Avenue 1 and the upper edge of Lower Seletar Reservoir, is the Orchid Country Club which has three 9-hole courses forming a 27-hole super-course.
The major roads seen running through Yishun town are Yishun Avenue 2, which connects to Lentor Avenue that leads south to Ang Mo Kio town, as well as Yishun Avenues 6 and 7. Found encircling the estate is the Yishun Ring Road which forms a complete loop around the town centre. The two MRT stations seen in this area are Yishun (NS13) and Khatib (NS14).
